SYLOID 72FP

SYLOID® 72 FP is a synthetic, amorphous silica appearing as a white, free-flowing powder. SYLOID® 72 FP silica is a moderate pore volume silica gel with large internal surface area. It has a strong affinity for moisture across a broad range of moisture levels and also for organic based liquids. SYLOID® 72 FP silica can adsorb up to 1.1 ml of liquid per gram. SYLOID® 72 FP silica is recommended as a glidant and tabletting aid for pharmaceutical products and as a carrier and rheology modifier for liquid products, particularly where moisture control is also a concern.
