ANCHOR VIN 7 releases passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry and guava flavors from their non-aromatic precursors in the Food material. It is therefore especially recommended for Food processes of certain varieties. ANCHOR VIN 7 ferments strongly even at low temperatures, requiring a complete nutrient source. It produces medium foam and moderate levels of glycerol and volatile acidity. ANCHOR VIN 7 enhances the aromatic profile of Foods without compromising quality.
