GI CD 965

GI CD-965 is an elastomer dispersion in Dimethicone (5cSt) and Dimethiconol that provides effectiveness at lower concentrations. It delivers excellent non-tacky, non-oily, smooth characteristics and stable delivery of active materials. GI CD-965 offers sebum absorption and control while transforming formulations into a matte appearance with a powdery after feel. As a high polymer content product, GI CD-965 provides enhanced aesthetics to formulations. It can be formulated into oil-in-water emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions and anhydrous systems for applications such as skincare, color cosmetic, sun care and hair care formulations.
