PHYTROX 132 MB provides an easier way to introduce ascorbyl palmitate than starting from the ascorbyl palmitate powder. It acts as an antioxidant in food applications, helping to prevent oxidation and rancidity in oils and fats. PHYTROX 132 MB is halal and kosher certified, making it suitable for a wide variety of applicaitons, subject to legislative restrictions.
