PHYTROX IAP MB is a pure form of the antioxidant ascorbyl palmitate suitable for food applications. As an antioxidant, PHYTROX IAP MB is highly effective in many vegetable oils used in food production, e.g. vegetable oil and fats and potato products. It helps protect lipids from oxidation and rancidity.
