In June 2025, IMCD welcomed the winners of its first-ever IMCD Awards to its global headquarters in Rotterdam, marking a major milestone in the company’s effort to celebrate success and spotlight outstanding contributions from across the organisation.
With over 100 submissions across three award categories — Commercial Excellence, Digital Excellence, and Sustainability Champion — the awards reflect IMCD’s commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and impact.
Honouring the winners
The award winners were invited to the company’s global headquarters for a celebratory visit. A highlight of the visit was a celebration lunch, where the winners received their trophies and certificates.
2024 Award Highlights
📈Commercial Excellence Award: IMCD Thailand, represented by Managing director Pichit Pornthanalert
Through a comprehensive 5-pillar strategy, the Thailand team overcame industry and economic challenges to deliver strong growth. Their success stemmed from bold decisions, operational improvements, and a unified team mindset.

🛜Digital Excellence Award: Digital Marketing Team IMCD China: Alicia Yang, Sarah Shi, Rose Li
Alicia Yang, Sarah Shi and Rose Li designed a fully integrated lead generation system tailored to the Chinese market, combining creativity, collaboration, and measurable impact, setting a benchmark for digital success.
🌎Sustainability Champion Award: Isabelle Jamet, IMCD France
Isabelle Jamet’s biofertilizer project for Champagne vineyards significantly reduced environmental impact while boosting commercial performance. The project exemplifies how sustainable innovation can deliver value for both customers and the planet.
