GRANSIL SIW-066

GRANSIL SIW-066 is a water-coated silicone technology from Grant Industries that allows for the addition of silicone elastomers gels into water with minimal or no additional emulsifier requirement. GRANSIL SIW-066 provides enhanced aesthetics to formulations and delivers a unique formula break upon application. It provides excellent non-tacky, non-oily, smooth characteristics and transforms into a matte appearance with a powdery after feel. GRANSIL SIW-066 is designed to be formulated directly with aqueous phase and can be easily formulated in water systems at 60°C or below. It can be added to all existing emulsion types for improved skin feel and applications include formulations where performance and skin feel matter.
