SPL-ZHFR-421-XL/E NAT is a zero halogen, flame retardant, low smoke, silane grafted, moisture curable by addition of a catalyst master-batch cross-linkable compound suitable for insulation & sheathing applications. It has good mechanical & electrical properties. The material contains metal deactivator hence suitable for direct insulation on copper conductors. SPL-ZHFR-421-XL/E NAT consists of special thermoplastic polymers, inorganic filler and other additives. It shows good processing and physical properties. Cross linking is activated by heat and moisture after extrusion. SPL-ZHFR-421-XL/E NAT is an ideal material for applications in the advanced materials industry due to its zero halogen and low smoke properties, making it safer for use in products where fire safety is critical.
