LOXIOL G 78 is a combination lubricant and release agent containing metal soap and highly molecular parts. It improves release properties and long-term stability in calcium-zinc stabilized systems important for certain advanced material formulations. LOXIOL G 78 enhances machine performances for manufacturing processes in applications such as packaging where calcium-zinc stabilization is used. Recommended dosages are 0.3-1.2 phr and 0.2-0.8 phr for different material systems. LOXIOL G 78 complies with food contact directives and is registered under REACH, making it suitable for various industrial usages involving advanced materials.
