LEM-CIFI 100H80

Lemont Lem-Cifi® 100H80 is a citrus fiber which is obtained from freshly harvest citrus fruit. After drying the citrus fruit peels, they are soaked, extracted, separated and dried to obtain milky white powder, which has high water absorption capacity and can be dispersed in hot and cold water and replace thickening agent, emulsifier and stabilizer.
