LITHOCOAT T2 PF is a soft talc product with large platelets which reduces surface abrasiveness for certain applications. LITHOCOAT T2 PF enhances feel and improves opacity, especially as an extender. It has a whiteness of 82%, specific gravity of 2.78 g/cm3 and loose bulk density of 0.2 g/cm3. Particle size distribution analysis shows 48% of particles are less than 2um with D50 sizes of 2.1um and 5.5um respectively. LITHOCOAT T2 PF can benefit advanced material formulations by improving surface properties and enhancing opacity when used as an extender.
