SPL-ZHFR-EXP-555 NAT

SPL-ZHFR-EXP-555 NAT is a flame retardant polyethylene compound that meets requirements for type ST3 and ST7 as per IEC 60502. It has a density of 1.40 g/cm3 and MFI of 5 g/10 min at 190°C. The compound has a tensile strength of 15 MPa and elongation of 360% with a limiting oxygen index of 30% and smoke density rating of 8%. SPL-ZHFR-EXP-555 NAT is suitable for applications requiring flame retardancy and durability. Its high limiting oxygen index and smoke density rating make it well-suited for use in advanced material applications where fire safety is critical. The compound can be processed using low C/R screw or PE screw for small diameter cables with an extrusion temperature range of 120-170°C. It is available in pellet form and bags for easy handling and storage.
