SPL-ZHFR-2222 NAT is a Zero Halogen, Low Smoke, Flame Retardant Thermoplastic compound suitable for sheathing / jacketing applications in advanced materials industry where excellent crack resistance at elevated temperature & water ageing properties are required. SPL-ZHFR-2222 NAT provides excellent water resistant properties, good mechanical properties, long-term reliability & UV stability ideal for advanced materials. It also offers excellent flame retardancy and low smoke properties important for safety in advanced materials. SPL-ZHFR-2222 NAT is available in Natural / Black colour and can be processed using low C/R screw rather than regular polyethylene screw. It has a recommended extrusion temperature of 120 – 170°C and provides benefits like excellent water resistant properties, good mechanical properties, long-term reliability & UV stability important for durability and performance of advanced materials.
